I'm a Senior Product Manager with seven years of enterprise delivery experience, originally from Copenhagen and now based in Los Angeles. I studied Communication and IT at the University of Copenhagen, where I developed an early interest in the gap between how technology gets built and how people actually use it.

Most of my career was spent at a large Scandinavian IT consultancy, where I owned product roadmaps and delivery across insurance, financial services, and public sector clients in Denmark, the UK, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, and Vietnam. That meant working across 15+ stakeholder groups per engagement, navigating compliance-heavy environments, and shipping platforms that real people depended on every day.

I care about the work between the strategy deck and the launch — the requirements that actually reflect how users work, the roadmap that survives contact with engineering, the tradeoffs that get made transparently rather than quietly. I've improved task completion by 40%, reduced user time-to-task by 60%, and cut manual operational work by 80% across platforms processing millions of interactions annually. Those numbers came from staying close to users and being ruthless about what actually mattered.

AI is now central to how I work. I use Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT daily — not as writing assistants, but as tools to build. I've shipped macOS utilities, a pro cycling route explorer, and a PRD generation tool, all end to end. I think the product managers who matter most in the next decade will be the ones who can build as well as specify. I'm committed to being one of them.

Beyond Work

When I'm not working, I'm usually on my bike. I follow professional cycling closely and ride as much as I can — long climbs, coastal roads, and the occasional attempt at a pro race route. Film is the other constant: I'm drawn to good storytelling in any form, from quiet indie films to a well-crafted blockbuster.

I'm curious by nature — about how systems work, why people make the decisions they do, and what makes a product feel obvious in hindsight even when it was genuinely hard to get right.
